Thirty years ago Pat Snuffer opened his first Snuffer's Restaurant & Bar in the Lower Greenville area of Dallas. That small one room space, seating only 55 customers, has been in continual use since 1978. The original Snuffer's has grown through the years, through many room additions, and now accommodates about 350 guests.
Snuffer's first menu was very basic, allowing Pat to concentrate on quality and consistency. Our menu offerings have grown to include full Dinner Platters featuring hand battered Black Angus Chicken Fried Steak, Grilled Chicken, Chicken Fried Chicken, specialty sandwiches, wraps, and several entree Salads. We’ve also added an array of imaginative Burgers, which, along with our legendary Cheddar Fries have given us a national reputation. Although we’ve expanded our menu choices over the years, the original concept remains intact: serve the absolute freshest, most flavorful casual menu at family friendly, affordable prices.
